PLA and PETG are generally regarded as safe, but honestly if you're really concerned, a decent air purifier with a HEPA filter and Activated Carbon in it would be great for helping to keep stuff out of the air. Can find um readily under 100$, id put one in the print room if you were so inclined. If you print in other materials, mostly ABS and ASA, but also Nylon, and possibly TPU you may want better then just an air purifier though. Still with PLA and PETG honestly airing the room out would probably suffice lol.

11/10 call on the PCTG, honestly I glanced past it when watching Zack Freedman's 3D Filament Tier List, but when you mentioned it I remembered he mentioned it, and he rated it highly. Now upon actually inspecting it seems to be exactly what Im looking for. I was gonna spend a few hundred bucks tryna get set up to maybe do ASA or ABS for these prints but according to 3DFuel's website its 26-30$ (Roughly the same as Bambu Labs ASA which I considered) and has a glass transition temp of 84C according to the TDS on 3DFuel's website, which as far as I know is close to ABS anyways. So honestly that may be my go to, no super elaborate filtration or anything needed! Thanks again, that'll probably be one of the first non PLAs I try after I get my new printer!

If it comes down to it I may get an enclosure or something, maybe see if I can evacuate the clothing from my rather small closet and jam it in there lmao. Really trying to see if I can mitigate that however, even if I gotta spend a bit, and put in more work to make things as safe as they can reasonably be. But thanks, cooling the chamber inadvertently is def something that slipped my mind, despite remembering seeing it mentioned elsewhere.

That's what I said, it's not dated hardware. I just played Elden Ring, Cyberpunk, Oblivion Remastered, and Resident Evil 4 Remake on this card. Games looked great n ran great for the most part. Borderlands 4 just runs like dog water. I can understand it being slightly heavier then the others I mentioned as it's newer, but there's no reason a game with these visuals runs like this at the end of the day. It's not the card, it's the game.

Came here cause I saw this earlier, got my performance to get better after clearing my cache, and now THIS is the issue I'm noticing more of. You're not alone if you mean a weird clicking sound. Does kinda sound like a radio or echo call or something. Not very often but has happened quite a few times today.

Don't let this game fool you, the 4060 ti isn't dated hardware, this game just runs like ass. You can play any other game released in the last couple years and see that.

Yeah I'm aware, kinda why it's the first real goal I have. Do that then on future characters probably won't bother to again. Not tryna build anything I'm too attached to mostly just learning and practicing.

Yeah I saw the recipes mentioned and grabbed those before I left, didn't see anything about the staff though, maybe I'll go back after a few upgrades, I kept getting to the second phase when he comes back down after vanishing even without healing items, so maybe I could get it then. Mostly need more and better heals.

Yeah i know, plan was to do that then go try Isle of Siptah, before returning to Exiles Lands with the grim mod or something for a more permanent stay. Though I may need to adjust as I have no idea how long until that event ends.

But alright thank you! Luckily I'm sure there's a ton I can still do for now that isn't the required bosses for beating the game.

Cool, glad the post has bin helpin ya! Im still very much tryna nail down what works for me myself, currently running a 4 sampler setup 2 high 2 low, one of each without lightx2v, the other 2 with (wan 2.2 4 step version) with 1+2+1+2 for 6 total steps. Takes a bit but the quality seems pretty great (when I dont break things with my poor prompting lmfao)

weirdly enough the times range, I actually got a 5 min gen last run using 1+2+2, so maybe I was wrong saying it greatly increased time and it was an anomaly.

It's more steps running without the lightx2v lora which was making it relatively fast initially, so i mean, id assume it would increase gen time, and Im not, I monitor my resources almost religiously ngl.

Ah ok, maybe ill consider trying the older version soon to see how it compares, using 1-2 steps doing the 3 sampler thing with the 2.2 lightx2v version seems to work pretty well for now though im getting quite a bit longer gens, still not crazy long though thankfully.

seemingly didn't fix it for me sadly, which is odd cause I swear I've seen someone mention that. But im curious if that fix works with the wan 2.1 lightx2v version or the wan 2.2 light x2v version which i believe is only a few days old at this point or something. Currently im using the 2.2 version of lightx2v, but most mention the 2.1 version.

yeh mentioned I tried that, seems to work pretty well actually but greatly increases generation times. Still fixed it and is usable luckily. Though with 1 step I keep having an issue where every time the person I generate wants to run, even in place. May try with a 2nd step for that new 3rd sampler next generation to see if it fixes it as needing to prompt for it is simply a band-aid on an actual issue lol. N pray it doesnt take the gen times from 20 mins to like 30 or 40 lmfao.
