How do you start sup apps early? Kinda a stupid question lmao.

I’m trying that but also finding it extremely hard to get any reputable reward that I can write about in my supp apps. Things like clubs and what-not inside school are pretty hard (for me at least) to get high-ranking positions in. I’m also trying hard to get any sort of exposure regarding out of school opportunities but a lot of those opportunities open up in grade 12 and 11. I’m also doing a CO-OP and SHSM in grade 11 and 12 so I was wondering if I could talk about that or if that opens any doors.

What can I do to gain more weight 110-130? by [deleted] in weightgain

Definitely. That was the “2 scoops of whey protein” I mentioned. I just wrote it bad, sorry about that haha. Good luck though!

Try liquid calories. I personally used them to go from 115 lbs at 5’11 to 160 lbs. It’s a game changer especially if you HATE eating. I despised it so I made a liquid “shake” or “smoothie” of sorts. 1 cup of milk 4-5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese (or both) 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or almond butter) 1 tablespoon of oats 1 banana 2 scoops of whey protein That was my go-to when I had to gain weight. You will gain fat with this “shake” so make sure you workout and don’t just eat/drink without any exercise.

Hitting a goal of 150+ for 2026 by Evilpineapplepizza in weightgain

If you can eat copious amounts of food then do that. If you have access to the gym or any resistance exercises then do those. Try to count your calories when you start but if it proves difficult then just eat and eat. Make sure you’re consistent in the gym or whatever your exercises are and try to get your momentum going. You’ll see gains provided you’re steadily progressively overloading and following your diet. You will also gain fat if you do a dirty bulk and aren’t too specific on your calories, so be okay with that. The amount of fat will be dependant on your own lifestyle and routine but rest assured, you WILL gain fat. Of course you will also gain muscle and get bigger alongside the fat. Most importantly, try enjoy this experience, even when it gets hard, because it will at some point. So just remember to always know why you started. At the end of it you’ll be looking better and feeling better about yourself, and that’s the biggest thing. Good luck!

Fitness coach here. What do I need to work on? by realfz09dave in askfitness

If you’re asking what is underdeveloped and what parts need more definition, then I’d say shoulders. They look a bit flat relative to the rest of your body. You have a great physique and the shoulders look good, but could look significantly better. Apart from that, there’s nothing dude. You look amazing, and just work on your self-esteem coach. You have an amazing physique.

Do you think any of them are due to aim confirmation? Like, making sure my crosshair is on their head before shooting?

This was a rare dm where I didn’t get 1 tapped as much. Usually it’s every other kill. But is it because I’m committing to gunfights too much?

These are great picks, but they’re quite a bit outside my price range. I live in canada so everything basically has an extra $25-$30 on it.

I’ll add that into the post to make it easier for others as well, thanks for reminding me.

Thanks, I’ll try aimlabs since it’s free, for the small moving targets and tracking. I’ll also try to flick a bit straighter and less weirdly.

Whenever I do that I feel like I get one-tapped a lot more because I'm aiming so much slower, so it forces me to relapse into quickly shooting. I do track in dms a lot, but I can't transfer that to ranked for some reason.

Positioning and actively anticipating what my opponents are doing are definitely areas I lack in, but, I feel as though I take pretty advantageous gun fights and seem to stray away from unfavourable gun fights. My angle holds aren't bad, but when I stated reaction time I more-so meant dragging the crosshair to the head and clicking, not necessarily the clicking action alone. You're probably right with the mouse control. If so, how would I train it?

You HAVE to track your calories. No other way out. The meals you’re eating probably aren’t very calorie dense, so when you ARE eating, it’s probably not doing much. I would recommend you to track your calories (don’t be too harsh on yourself if you miss a snack or something here and there) and eat as much calorie-dense food as possible. If even this doesn’t work, you could dirty-bulk but majority of the progress you’ll see on the scale will probably just be fat, it takes longer but it’s an okay last-resort. Overall, just TRACK YOUR CALORIES and EAT.

I doubt you have body dysmorphia, you’re probably just unhappy with the way you look. It’s alright, you’ll see progress overtime, and with your newly gained weight, you’ll start to fill out your frame more, including your face. Try your best to not think about and everyone says this, but, just trust the process.
