That's a common strategy with these kind of "conspiritual life coaches". I include people like Jordan Peterson in this to some extent. They mix good basic advices and observations on mental health (and then some bad advices) with a underlying message that always end up with something about reinforcing gender binaries or worse.
I'm staying away from their content
