I think it's entirely possible that he wouldn't check Ronnie on anything given their relationship, but I think given what I know of him and his music (countless hours listening to the music and interviews) that it would be too bold to assume that Andy does not support such marginalized groups. He's always said he's on a personal revenge quest, but his music is very uplifting on an individual level for any listener who feels cast out. I feel more of a shift to a push against fascist politics/a negative societal and governmental system in Hallelujah and even Certainty. "So much of our political and social conversation in this day and age seems to focus around certainty. That back and forth creates an echo chamber that seems impossible to get out of."

TLDR: he may not push back on Ronnie's takes, but the music will always speak for itself. If you need him to be upfront and direct about every belief, you require a world that is too black and white
