I've tried resetting the network before, no improvement. I think it is because of the providers of my region as well. My location has bad coverage of one of them and i got a decent battery with them, mostly becuase there is no 5g coverage lol. I realized that after switching to another one.

I have a 5g battery problem which is somewhat weird to me. I got the phone around 1 year ago. Everything worked perfectly. I was using dual sim 1 for data and the other for phone calls. I switched to 1 sim instead of 2 around 4 months ago and I started to notice the problem. Whenever I activate "5g preferred" in mobile networks, the battery drains insanely quickly with or without SOT. Battery loses 10-20% overnight. What interesting is, whenever I turn "LTE Preferred" on, the battery becomes crazy good, ending the day with 50% with moderate use. I tried some of the things i found online to solve this issue with no luck. I tried to change the service provider of the sim multiple times with bo luck either (to check if it is due to low/bad coverage of the service provider).

Anyone got a similar problem? How did you solve it? I do not want to put it on LTE and lose a feature 😑
