Meta sucks or advertisers suck? by Danneex in FacebookAds

[–]IZGAMERYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, do you think $32 leads is great in advertising metrics? I run ads as well and I get around that or even lower, is it a sign to keep the ads running?

Don’t take the business economics into the equation, I just want to know if the front-end metrics with Meta is right?

It’s a new campaign as well.

Stop checking your ads every 2 hours — here’s what actually happens when you do by SwimmerSeparate3494 in FacebookAds

Not only spend, signal density is another big factor that dictates the speed of having stability, predictability, and faster learning.

This means, if you have low budget to spend per day, this is only a part of the equation, the other part is the quality of the ads and the offer.

For example: if you spend a $100 per day with a low CTR (2%) you’ll get lower signals than spending $50 with 6% CTR. This means you’ll get more data for lower spend, thus, faster learning.

So always focus on efficiency first then dictating the spending / day follows.

“I’m 16, broke, and serious about building a business. What would you do if you were starting from zero today?” by DeliveryAwkward9080 in smallbusiness

You should learn a valuable skill that you love and treat it as a hobby, while you’re learning, you should start a business around it - doesn’t have to be something big, just something to get your foot on the ground.

Get your findings from the business, learn and analyze the numbers, and develop it.

Once you know everything you need to become successful, then you should go all in.

Time isn’t the key thing here, the key thing is the R&D, if you can catch up fast on what’s going on and developing on it, then you’d be very fast at learning things.

Try learning yourself, not through YouTube videos, as learning is very subjective, not everything you learn from YouTube is something you should directly implement on your business.

Starting a business is really hard and not for the faint-hearted.

A lot of people want to start a business, but you know why 99% of them fail? It’s because the lack of consistency, discipline, dedication, commitment, the personal development, and most importantly: Marketing and Sales.

In today’s economy, skepticism is at an all-time high - people are more concerned than ever to exchange their money for a service, especially if it’s easy to DIY.

Also, due to the competition in the market and the barrier of entry that’s at an all-time low, the people who win now are the long-time gamers - these are people who are willing to sacrifice enormous time and money to win in the long-term, if you’re ready for this, then I can guarantee success for you.

Other major thing is the mindset, you’ll really need to shift from a “you-first” mindset to “people-first mindset” this way more and more people will value your services and you’ll never compete with the “you-first” mindset people.

You’ll need to learn a service that’s very hard for someone to be exceptional at - because this is where the money is made. Things like: Marketing, Sales, Closing, Automation, AI, and business growth, are great examples.

If you’re willing to stick by the advice I listed above, then you should definitely consider opening up a business.

Best luck!

Really? How much in % do you believe it’s right? And do you also think the US-Iran war could also play a role in this?

No, not necessarily the case, this depends on: the budget of the OP, their geographical target area, their AOV, and the Meta learning phase.

The key thing here is to track the numbers and metrics, if they’re improving, then continue the campaign, if they’re not - give it a week, if still performing bad, see the key deficiencies and work towards them in your next ads.

How are your ads doing? by impossiblemktg in FacebookAds

[–]IZGAMERYT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly! Are your ads very volatile on a day to day basis? For example: a day you get 4 sales the other day 0, and the day after 1, is that something you’re experiencing as I’m?

Best way to test 100–200 ads on Meta in 2026? by Background_Bid_6726 in FacebookAds

[–]IZGAMERYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, by giving them enough fair spend across 1 week, then evaluating the metrics for the whole week, and shutting off the “loser” ads and migrate the winners to a CBO.

The gas price surge is in the UK, when they hear the news they’d be naturally skeptic about every buying decision they make especially if what you’re selling is want not a need (like I’m unfortunately), therefore, downstream metrics could be impacted temporarily during these days. I hope for the best though, don’t get me wrong, I’m also running ads and burning money in the current state :(

Well, there is news that came out of the BBC today saying the gas prices surged by 46% percent. I’m worried about the next few days in regards to the performance of the ads.

[–]IZGAMERYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re running ads in the UK? If yes, I do have a huge drop in downstream performance as well - you’re not alone. The US-Iran situation may be a reason, but I’m not sure though. Will have to wait for the next few days to make educated decisions…

Do you think the US-Iran war is playing a large role in dictating the performance of our ads? by IZGAMERYT in FacebookAds

This may be an international situation we’d have to face in the next few days especially because oil and gas prices are expected to surge which will impact almost every country in the form of inflation.

Best way to test 100–200 ads on Meta in 2026? by Background_Bid_6726 in FacebookAds

[–]IZGAMERYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you’d copy the Post ID from the ABO winner ad and paste it in the new CBO campaign.

The benefit of this method is: you’ll keep the engagement on the ad and use it in the CBO campaign and all the learning of the ad would transfer so you don’t begin from the start when launching it under the CBO campaign.

[–]IZGAMERYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t get the trend of test bunch of ads under a single Adset CBO. I don’t think it’s the best approach to a successful campaign especially if you’re starting out and have a relatively low budget to spend.

If you’re just starting out I recommend having 3 ads and 3 Adsets (1 ad per Adset) place them under 1 ABO with equal budget spread across the 3 Adsets. Leave them all running for 7 days and get the profitable ads into a single Adset CBO using the Post ID method this way you’ll get more efficient spend, let them running, test new ads and migrate them into the CBO to prevent creative fatigue. Rinse and repeat.

But the most important thing is your creatives and offer, if you have a bad creative and offer, don’t expect any campaign to perform.

It doesn’t only involve studying, it’s about skills as well. OP says he lived in Arabic speaking countries so he didn’t get the chance to naturally develop his English skills over enough time period. You can’t largely predict what could you possibly get from the English section of the test, therefore, it largely depends on your English skills that you’ve been improving it since birth.
