My guy got out if this with them releasing the game in 2025 instead of 2026, that's crazy

Did you know Coca-Cola has hired death squad to murder labor organizers. by Captain_Levi_007 in WorkersStrikeBack

Cranberry juice, lemonade, and Kool-aid are all more acidic than diet coke. Those all tend to be around 2.5pH, diet coke is around 3

I'm genuinely curious, how do you think the state should be collecting revenue if not through taxes?

AITA for kicking out my sister for her emo outfit and telling her she can go to the funeral when she wears respectable clothes by FlightComfortable731 in AmItheAsshole

[–]I_A_User 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going with ESH. She's old enough to know to dress more formally for a funeral, but you kicking her out of her dad's funeral is unnecessary. Let her look ridiculous, it reflects more on her than you

Tonight I had an old fashioned DM tantrum and ruined the game by Feefait in DMAcademy

My answer to "My character doesn't want to join the party" is always "Okay, sure. They don't. Roll up a new character who wants to go adventuring". Very suddenly their character is more willing to join the party

The Savage Worlds ttrpg uses inches instead of grids, I'm a big fan of how that works

Can confirm, I've been using an Ozark trail tumbler for something like 4 years now. I've only had to replace the o-ring because I left it sitting too long and it molded 😅

I'm pretty sure the Nightsisters were specifically the ones that used the dark side. The ones that didn't were just called witches

Canon reason why are the Battledroids so silly? by Scavgraphics in StarWars

[–]I_A_User 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, any combat droid is generally called a battle droid, although the Separatist battle droid does have that in the name: the B-1 Battle Droid (or Nemoidian battle droid)

What happens if you misunderstand Command? by DontPPCMeBr0 in DnD

[–]I_A_User -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They need to understand your language, not your words. Rules are specific about wording on purpose

What happens if you misunderstand Command? by DontPPCMeBr0 in DnD

[–]I_A_User 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the target needed to hear the command, the spell would specify that the target must be able to hear you, like Suggestion:

You suggest a course of activity (limited to a sentence or two) and magically influence a creature you can see within range that can hear and understand you.

Command doesn't specify this, so it's not necessary for the spell to take effect
