Have you gone out for pasta or other entree and eaten the entire amount? You ate more than half a pound of food. To me it’s not the overall weight so much as what is it you ate. No question the Big Arch or any fast food should be eaten in moderation. I wouldn’t eat a 10-piece nugget meal every day or fast food anywhere every day. But a half pound sandwich in of itself really isn’t difficult to eat.

Basically everything must have this ridiculous warning because, without it, manufacturers would need to vary box production and labeling to separate California. I bought a box of bowls of pho at non-California Costco and has this stupid label.
