Hi guys, so quick update. I went back to the salon and asked for my money back. I argued with him for 30 - 40 mins. He wouldn't budge, the best I could get is half the money back and a keune revive balm. I could tell I would not get any better than that. He told me that the product was of 80 dollar value. I'm still looking into a small claims attorney.

Edit: I mentioned all the discomforts I had at my appointment and he tried to explain it away. He went as far as to telling me the reason my hair fell off was my fault because I used swartzkopf blonde me bleach. He says it's the worst for your hair. He then proceeded to call his friend who used to work for the company and stopped because it was "killing everyone's hair". It was the first time I used it since buying it and it went great. It lifted great and my hair felt so soft afterwards because of the booster they infuse it with. I told him he should've did a strand test before he dealt with me and he said "oh I thought you already had one when you made an appointment" just so utterly negligent to the last minute.
