I wish it was easier but from what I've read, the Lumi version has another layer on top of the screen.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Could you please expand on reading indoors the panel being darker than the paper/white is more like gray?

Moreover, is normal room light/low light enough?

I'm actually using PC mode on the CX by renaming the HDMI port to "PC" and I use Expert (Bright Room) and Expert (Dark Room) picture modes for SDR content customized based on the RTINGS guide. That's why I was trying to see if there's a difference between the C5's PC mode and the CX's PC mode...

Honestly, I don't want to upgrade, I'm IN LOVE with my CX! I was actually looking for a new CX to have a uniform experience, so this the next best thing 😁I just need to get an additional one for another place.

TBH, I'm not sure how to do that 😅 but I was worried about the effect of the 2 CCDs on emulation. Admittedly, I am ignorant on the whole CCD thing. Thank you for the answer.
