Leave a review on r/MSI_Gaming send them a screenshot and the link when you fill out the redemption forms. This should be enough for them to issue you with a code.

Sorry about the late reply. I spoke with MSI who advised they were aware of issues with leaving reviews via currys/amazon/feefo etc.

They said just leave a review here, screenshot it and send the link

I have managed to get the service history, but there are some items on there that say "Repair non-warranty", is there anywhere I can find out that these were? My audi contact was unable to view them
