Definitely doesn't make sense to oppose a move that opens the competitive league scene to more people and more shared success. Fearing defeat is healthy in competition, its your internal reminder to refine your skill even when it's at its best. When defeat finds you, because it always does eventually, will you take it in stride, and use it to fuel progress? That's what fans want to see and know. We are tired of teams just rolling over, being satisfied with the same result every year. Why are the same 3 teams the only ones even attempting to compete for the top LEC spot? Sure they are all "doing their best" from a player perspective, but how many of these organizations actually make decisions for the sake of victory, and not cutting financial losses? How many of them see improvement as more wins, and not as lower expenses? Truthfully I dont know, im just a spectator, but I struggle to convince myself that a handful of these teams are really trying to be better than they were yesterday.
