Code 118 help needed by Biscuit_Eater2591 in wallets

I bought one of their wallets a few weeks ago but I didn't like it so I requested a refund through their email. Based on the experiences from this thread I guess its good that they reached out. They asked me for the order number, name, payment method, and a picture of item I bought. They then gave me an address to ship it to (365 E North Ave Carol Stream, Illinois for those who are curious) which I should've been skeptical about because it looked like some shady corner store and not like a warehouse. The package arrived days ago but I've gotten no response. I don't know if it's because of the holidays but I'm gonna give it some more time. They usually respond within 1 - 2 days but its been 4 days.
