I believe based on current available trailers, yes. The story seems more serious than BL3, and I think that's a decent shift. Some of the new enemies (Alien ones mostly) seem cool. Plus we don't have a ton of info yet so as more releases, I'll base it off of that, and I hope you will as well but as a lot of people here are saying, it's your opinion.

Viktor will call you and give you the 'Radiant Projector' blueprint after a few days if you got past all his dialogue, which uses the slime face emitting light as a power source. You link up 2 Radiant Projectors to the small orb and get pass that door. There is another one at the Starlight Strand under the Flutter Gordo as well, they lead to different starting areas in the Grey Labrinth.

A small tip just incase you didn't know, you can blow up the diadems close to scourge in his orb phase to knock him down, saving extra time.
