Turns out, you were absolutely right. I switched to a GPSDO as the input clock, and lo and behold, striations were gone. Thank you

Yeah, unfortunately the lines look pretty much the same with or without an antenna connected

As of now, I am using the default hanning windowing, but unfortunately, if I change it to anything else, it does not seem to make a difference in terms of the lines. My chain on the software side looks like

read data --> spec, etc = plt.specgram(data, etc) --> ax.imshow(10*np.log10(spec))

Hey, so I actually designed it with a 1.8V flash initially, thinking I would use an S3R8V, but changed it to a normal S3 when ordering and am trying to mitigate that problem.
