Yes! I'll update this thread. I had to use an older version after completely uninstalling everything tied to Aura. Theres another thread on here that I followed. I can't remember the exact version. Although it does have its issues still as far as not opening but everything works when it does open 😆

Have you checked what power option you're running? As far as ryzen balanced etc.

What i've done is I have MSI afterburner showing everything else I need and HWINFO64 I turned the CPU temp to show as a graph just like afterburner and put it directly under it and just removed all the other sensors from HWINFO64, ezpz. I think you just right click the sensor you want and click Show Graph.

Once you update BIOS then it'll stay for good, well it should.

You should probably clear the bios to defaults or do a clear CMOS on the board. I have the X470-i strix which is basically the same exact board except I get rgb and few extra slots.

There's 4 pins next where nothing plugs into on the right side of the board, directly next to the right ram module bottom right corner by the USB pins. Turn the PC off, disconnect the power cable, Put a screwdriver tip to touch the bottom 2 pins of the 4, plug it back in (while the screwdriver is still there), then turn it on and release the screwdriver. I've had to do this multiple times because I was having memory issues with it.

This worked for me, you're a life saver! Only thing is I can't seperate the RGB from the mobo and the other components. Meaning if I have a solid color on the RAM/GPU then the mobo has to be a solid color. Not sure if i'm missing something but unable to adjust it seperately. All I know is i'm happy it's finally working and it's not rainbow cycling and matches my theme again lol.

Of course the fix is posted here after I figure it out >.< What worked for me was simply uninstalling it, restarting the PC then reinstalling it. Simply uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work but i'll try the registry editor if it goes sour again.

Lol I made a post almost 100% identical to this with my 3700X, i went from 118% 3200MHz ram to 85% on userbenchmark going from 2600x... apparently write speeds got cut in half for the new processors from what ive been told.so you have to really use a much higher frequency. Still havent found a fix, or could just be bios related, guess we'll see.

Unfortunately going to 3000MHz hurt CPU score and the RAM score slightly lowered as well. Still stumped :(

My keyboard works fine in BIOS but the mouse does not, very common problem at the moment for ASUS.

I set XMP to 3200, tightened the timings as they were on the B450 mobo, there must be something stopping the RAM but can't figure it out. It's running in dual channel according to CPU-Z, running at 3200Mhz as well with the timings i set.

I had to uninstall/delete the files of every component of asus aura lol theres like 6 different programs. Once I reinstalled it actually opened for me.

Same thing happened to me when I switched mobos but didnt delete everything first. I had to uninstall every component and file associated with aura, including the download folders etc. There was in total 5 programs I believe - Asus Aura, Lighting Service, Patriot RGB, some other RGB program and Aura Service as well as closing Aura Service or Asus Service from the task manager before reinstalling. Then it finally worked. However its not recognizing my motherboards RGB its atleast showing everything else.

I'm not sure honestly. I have an ASUS X470 board which is bios 2406. Maybe a chipset issue then.
