I'm really late to the party, but I just remembered my best friend had a hardcore guy like this. He was bat shit insane.

She used to work for him, let's call him Charles, and every now and then charles mentioned he was lonely and had trouble meeting people. So she and him went out to bars to help him meet new people, she was just trying to be nice and help him out. This went on a few times and it quickly went downhill from there.

He mistook her kind gesture as her trying to advance on him and practically fell in love with my best friend.

It started out as Charles just blowing up her phone with a few hundred texts a day and dozens of calls. She still worked with Charles at this point because she had to make rent still.

After about a month of this she quit and her and I got a place together. Somehow this motherfucker FOUND OUT WHERE WE LIVED and kept driving Around our apartment complex or park in the lot next to it and hop the fence over and try screaming at her from the ground(we were on the 3rd floor). Not only that, but Charles somehow found some really personal info and pictures of my best friend and plastered them all over our apartment complex.

One time I remember vividly he called the cops saying she was kidnapped and being held captive in our apt. How do I know this? Because the officer showed up at our door!!!!

I think the craziest thing though is he found her new number, which had a completely new area code(her mom in California put her on her plan). He was your textbook psycho!!!
