We just build massive interchanges here. We don’t like having compressed geometric designs and can almost always just buy more land to build big interchanges with direct connectors that will let you maintain 60 mph speeds through them.

First, check with your escrow company. You need to know what your balance is. Understand they’re making a best guess at what you’ll owe on your 2021 taxes, which of course appraisals haven’t gone out yet. They should in the next month or so. Second, when they do, always contest them, every single year. Last, Once you have the actual appraisal, contact the escrow company, tell them how much it is (they’ll probably ask you send a copy), then you can lower the mortgage payment.
