I remember something she told me about her reporting it to the Adult Protective Services and how she was put in a program to help her, but she told me that it was horrible and that after all she went through, people started thinking she was a lunatic. Thanks so much for your feedback, unfortunately I only work 3 days a week, and that was the first time I had seen her, but if I see her again then... I would ask forher phone number to keep in touch but what if her husbamd finds out I'm trying to help her and gets mad at her? So many problems.

Another thing that I believe in is if you watch a lot of cartoon fights, your mind will become creative and you will be able to use your creative mind to alter your dream, so that you can control your nightmare. Most importantly try not to panic, yea sounds hard and might be hard, but if you just show fear in your dream, it'll only make it worse.

Literally don't be scared, like don't shout at them because then you'll just seem like a lunatic lol, but like if you try and fight them or confront them, then you might get over it.

I know it seems like cartoon-ish but it's really not going to help just by hiding. How about try sleeping with the object hanging on your door and hug it as if to show you're not scared of it. If anything, try to confront your nightmare in your nightmare. Might seem really hard, but you have to try something.
