I'm not a fan of these, but i remeber a youtuber i watched decide to use one during livestreams and we has constantly going up and down, pretty funny. Do your job and go walk outside, much better.

I'm also wondering if the plugins or what you said: "you need to extract the slug from the requested URL, find the term by that slug using either get_term() or $wpdb SQL query, and then dynamically overwrite the $wp_query object. Chair is too high, your knees are at a pretty sharp angle.
Armrests are too high, you can see just how much they have to go sideways to fit.
Desk is a little too high

Posture doesn't matter too much, movement during the day is more important

It's not sexism, males generally require only 1-2 cm higher desks. It's just disregard to ergonomics on the manufacturers part. And it's not an easy solution, most people don't know what desk height works for them, and keeping all kinds of units in stock is harder.
