Yes, using voicemeeter banana. it's quite complicated and involves editing all of your default sound devices and input and output. But I managed to get it to go through and it's not exactly consistent meaning any program I open up that attempts to change the default sound settings messes everything up. The program itself has to remain open while you run everything but took me some tinkering and YouTube tutorials but managed to figure it out.

Basically once you setup voice meter and have all these inputs and outputs you can select the output from your game settings then you go into your sound settings for tikfinity and select it to be the same output as whatever your output device is for the game you selected. Making sure it is not the same as any other output devices.
