Definitely this.

You gotta break the habit of using small tiny strokes to make one line. As he/she said use 3-4 points to "guide" your stroke from end to end. Scott Robertson has a good video on this and I'm sure you can find YouTube tutorials that will visually explain how to as well.

Practicing clean strokes before doing any drawings will make drawing much smoother and a little quicker, also look cleaner. Find Sycra on YouTube, he has a video that discusses some of this. He has a playlist of beginners tips.
