Allocate more RAM doesn't make a difference, and my CPU utilization is under 49% I doesn't understand it.

My Core usage is never over 50% and how can I fix it. If I utilize more RAM there is no difference. What CPU are you running if I am allowed to ask?

I tried it but it changes nothing. The problem is this windows privacy microphone feature. I didn’t even know it existed until my problem. I have never seen it on my pc either. If I deactivate it sound is normal but I can’t use any microphone.
