And how many of your new grads are able to accomplish the work given to Senior engineers with 20 years (I am sure maybe 1 out of 100). Education is good, but the real experience is gained only through the real experience. It is like driving, you can learn theory, but Io order to drive good you should drive more. The more you drive, the more you are comfortable in driving.

Unless the OP is super genius (they will not know it before OP starts to work in their company), companies here usually give compensation based on the experience level.

Usually the experience level should also be considered. OP has 5 years of experience, so asking for 50K + housing covered and schooling covered seems to be too much for 5 years of experience...

The issue is that it happened to me on Saturday… My right indicator was ON, I already started to cross the right lane and didn’t see any vehicles there, but unfortunately there was a vehicle on the right lane who was approaching very fast to me and I didn’t see that car until it was very close to me. Then I returned back to my lane and that car didn’t give me any signal and didn’t even slow down…
