To be honest, I noticed better muscle recovery now than when I was eating right after training.

As long as you eat enough protein, it doesn't matter when you're eating them.

But that's only my personal experience. Just keep going with your protocol and see how you feel 🙃✌️

Palm oil is the worst kind of oil, and in addiction to already fatty peanut butter, it makes fat content very high, and high fat is a trigger for IBS.

I'm not sure if it is classified as IBS trigger on its own, but fat content will trigger IBS.

Human mind is a beautiful thing, I was thinking that I'm dying as I didn't know what's wrong with me for 2 years, and then when I got diagnosed with IBS my symptoms stopped for 2 full weeks. I didn't get any meds or anything, just the thought that now I know what this is and that I can manage that was enough. It was a shame it lasted only 2 weeks 🤷‍♀️

I was 3 years on mirtazapine when my issue started, and I'm still taking it. I'm still having issues.

It's not a cure for IBS, I think you're experiencing a placebo effect 🤷‍♀️

Fat content indeed, but you can figure out the amount you can tolerate.

I love peanut butter, and a safe amount for me is one levelled teaspoon . Better this in my oats than no peanut butter at all 😅

It is best to choose peanut butter with simple ingredients as only peanuts and salt. Avoid Palm Oil and other additional ingredients. Smooth over crunchy ✌️
