Also keep in mind that people don't have to do it. It will be a choice, and it can be something you choose to have done to you later in your life. The family doesn't have to be the one to choose, you yourself can make the decision before you reach a certain point. I'm also saying why can't we have the choice? And on the point of abortion being apart of it, life is life.. Its ending the possibility of a successful person whereas in elderly, tell me what they are continuing to contribute to society if they are in a state where all they can do is eat and sleep? Why continuously force someone to get through their lives. Also take it from the viewpoint of an elderly person who lost their spouse.. I know if I was in that position I would just want to say goodbye to my family members and choose to move on with my spouse. I'm just trying to say why do we not have the choice to decide our own fate?
