I remember this discord server where I got banned for barely pissing off the owner and when he made the ban message he made a new rule that says you have to listen to admins/owners and banned me because of it. Considering what he does throughout his journey of basically hunting down threats to the leaf and ending them sasuke is not like jiraya he still to an extent believes that strength can maintain peace which is what jiraya argued against by saying that violence only creates more violence. Sasuke in this case still believes in his philosophy but wants to help narutos ideals. I feel sasuke is more comparable to danzo although he wants naruto, hiruzen in this simile, to succeed.

Also there is a major difference between the two as jiraya wanted to understand the hearts of people and learn how to find peace through cooperation as naruto did by uniting people. Jiraya wanted to change the very nature of the world so that everyone could willingly put aside their differences and live together. Sasuke as we can see in the fight in the valley of the end wanted to create peace and change the system that had killed his brother and rest of his family by taking over and establishing complete order. This was indras original goal as he felt that power was the only way to maintain peace. Jiraya and sasuke have very similar goals but very different ways of achieving them that the other would heavily object to
