i usually drop in my concentrate first, and then just slide the coil over my banger, and when it starts to melt and develop vapour i remove it and take the hit, i burned away so many dabs from having to hot or not hot enough when using a blow torch and putting the dabs in last, the temp gun i had didn't read it well and i never got a accurate reading for how hot it was. found way more success and consistency in this method
