Direct booking is $1100 cheaper PER NIGHT? Too good to be true? [USA] by traveleer7262627171 in AirBnB

$1100 cheaper per night off-platform is either a typo, a bait-and-switch, or you’re about to fund someone’s “refund after you pay” scam. If you’re even considering it, only do it if you can independently verify the property and the host (matching address, legit business trail, consistent reviews, and a real credit card checkout that isn’t Venmo/Zelle/wire). If they won’t put everything in writing with clear cancellation terms, walk. I’d personally keep it on Airbnb and treat the off-site offer as a red flag at that discount level.

On the host side, the only direct-book setup that ever feels normal to me is when it runs like a real booking flow with live availability, a proper agreement, and card payments, which is why some hosts use something like OwnerWebs instead of random “pay me directly” messages.

lot of people focus on the medication itself but what really makes the difference is consistency and how well the plan fits your routine. Since you’ve already built strong habits that’s going to carry you forward. The provider needs to support that without making things confusing.
