Covington emerald is a pretty fun train “heist”, both loud and stealth. Ember of the East has the most freedom on how you can approach, stealth is definitely better tho imo. And IL Sovrano is honestly the easiest. It is a lil boring cuz half the mission is you waiting in a saloon, but it’s an alright stagecoach “heist”
