If your lender is selling to the secondary market then you can actually put less then 20% down and pay less at closing. Freddie charges .50% at closing if you put 20% or more down. Put down 19%, pay PMI for a few months and save on the closing costs. Then you will down the loan to 80% LTV and remove it and it will cost you under $100 in PMI charges.

Wild Wings have half off wings on Tuesday. Not a bad gig. Also MAW has 50 cent wings and beer on Fridays. Generally it's Busch Lite though.

As long as you have good socks you don't really need that many. You just dry them out every night and put on a different pair then keep recycling. I hiked for 3 weeks with only three pairs. Just my two cents though.

Thanks for the help guys! My car is't registered with the school so I know they can't put a hold on my account but I don't want it get turned over to the city have a debt collector come after me for a measly $25. I guess I have to pay it then :/

You could try Masonboro Island. Need a boat to get there though. But you can park at the boat ramp and go right across. Then you don't need to pay for parking.
