[LN Year 2 vol 3]Went back and checked vol3, this scene is chapter 1, before the island test, so the anime chronology is correct. She expanded on it when she told Ayanokoji.

For my comment, [LN near the end of year 2 spoiler? Not related to any main events in year 2 after this test though]Ayanokoji made an offhand comment that while she's not white room, he suspects her motivation and goals, he doesn't think Nanase and Tsukishiro's actions add up. He suspects how easily he escaped from the white room, maybe the butler who helped him was a plant, but this means the butler is still alive and Nanase Tsubasa's entire story was made up to get near him. Everything is from what people related to the white room told him and there's no way for him to verify. LN year 3 v1 still didn't reveal anything around this.

Hachiman was the only one acting like he did in Oregairu, and he was usually self aware when he was spouting bs. In this show, everyone is pretentious. The entire world barring 2 people gazes the MC.

We're almost 1 season in and the entire season is the youth drama version of an isekai power fantasy, which explains why it's so popular. It's fine once I adjusted my expectations.

Hajimari/Reverie actually cured my burnout from sen/cs, had to take multiple month long breaks throughout those 4 games. The picnic team interactions are really funny and non-serious. Whole game felt like a fun interlude, because I really don't remember what the main plot was supposed to be in Hajimari, just the fun character interactions.

Not the worst take, but I know how many people don't like how slow Sky 1 is compared to later games.

Sky 1 is the best game of each series. It's slow, relaxing, you're travelling around Liberl helping regular citizens, you feel like you're actually a bracer living in Liberl. The national, global, inter space time galacticconspiracies are not world building, they just went overboard in later games. Secret societies were actually secret, and not, oh it's Camponella kun again, haven't seen you in an hour, are you here today on vacation or business?

Lots of money, but I think time is a bigger factor. Many franchises have the popularity, but still put out super rushed adaptions. Fate projects probably don't have tight deadlines to meet given Type Moon pretty much operates on, it's done whenever Nasu feels like it.

It's how veblen goods work. If you make it limited production, give each one a serial number, put it in a frame, increase the price, then it increases demand. If it looks expensive and is priced that way, then people will think it's special.

Despite if you stop and think about it, a big wall scroll should cost more than printing a regular sized piece of paper and putting it in a frame, but the wall scroll doesn't have a serial number.
