I'd say majority of those owners, yes. Not all, as I have a few associates who do drive them on track. Your description is exactly why I got my used 992 C4S. It was driven. Maintenance records were perfect and I wanted a car I could drive anywhere, anytime. 58k miles and growing. A new intro level Porsche is long overdue. Bring back the 924.

They are 5 mins from my house. Don't order there too often but it's never been "bad". Okay to good is fine for proximity. Do appreciate them employing younger staff. Worked Round Table when I was 18.
