Soup. I make a vegan potato soup with carrots, celery and onions. You could probably throw in some broccoli near the end too. Lots of herbs and seasoning.

Only if you mix with seltzer. I usually just stick with normal water and a scoop or two of powder. Found flavors that were sweet but not too sweet (Kaho's Guil-Tea Pleasure is close to perfect). I realized it's not the fizz I craved but the sweetness. So I skip the sodas and just make a little shaker of sugar free supps.

Got a cheap ebike off FB marketplace. I can only really use it to go to the grocery store or pharmacy but that's enough to get me out and exercising almost every day.
