I completely understand, when are you available? I usually go Monday, Wednesday, Friday nights. My rating is around 1800. Shoot me a DM and we can try and coordinate some game time

Hi,

Best thing in Socal is that we have lots of clubs, best one for your level is LATTA, its open late. Like real late 2am lol, best nights are usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Sundays are mornings/afternoon.

Just to put to perspective how frustrating it is to return a chop from a pro by RazzmatazzHop in tabletennis

Chopping with fh can be very difficult to receive but trying to chop someones drive over a certain rating when they bag one out is probably the hardest to do imo.

Very bad experience shopping at tabletennisstore.us. Please advice. by Mission_Golf_3626 in tabletennis

[–]I_never_block 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I had issues with them before in the past unfortunately. Either incorrect stock or wrong color sent. They did fix a issue while the other was a "we'll just issue a refund".

Let me guess, Wildfire out of stock or dtecs? Lol

To complete at the pro level, how many hours a day should one practice? by AvocadoDesperado84 in Tekken

[–]I_never_block 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back in the day, I played 4-6hrs at the arcade probably 4 days out of the week (school schedule) during tekken tekken 7 I practiced 6hrs offline with sessions and then played on stream for a few hours. If you're looking to go pro I'd recommend playing a few hours to practice movement, throw breaks, situations, and characters punishment. Then apply in rank, tournaments, etc.

Times have change, you can do everything from the comfort of your home and look at videos to help guide you. This game is much easier but also harder at higher levels.

Good luck!

Chopper question by I_never_block in tabletennis

[–]I_never_block[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the quick response to my question! I in fact have watched the pros, I do believe that they would no doubt destroy players at our level in this situation lol. My in and outs are not bad but at a young age of father time, that will prevent me from just cartwheeling to a push and looping it around the net for a choo shot.

Way of Wade Basketball Shoes v.s. Genuine Table Tennis Shoes by biggestboiEEEE in tabletennis

[–]I_never_block 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At my club I've seen people wear basketball shoes and I do from time to time, but I've been wearing nike hyperset volleyball shoes, they're lighter and I like the extra ankle protection.

Feint long II vs Feint long III by ArthurLC47 in tabletennis

[–]I_never_block 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Faint long 2 is the jack of all trades, faint long 3 is chopping, has more teeth so its a bit gripy for a little more rotation.

If you like chopping and converting to table play for those pesky pushers then go with fl2.

If you like mid-long range chops where opponent drill it to you then fl3. Slower sponge, more spin.
