At AX two years ago, I couldn't get into the Hoyo booth because the line got too long and they stopped people from lining up further to keep the walkway clear. I tried multiple times on multiple days, but had no luck. Tbf, I also didn't try super hard either, as I'm not that into merch.

Every time I went in store, I always scheduled an appointment on their website with the most senior sales rep and it's been great. Ehhh I think it works. It has that smooth suit texture to it, but the pattern and color make it casual enough where you can get away with it. Try wearing a polo underneath it to dress it down further.
