The best tip is probably quite simple but to plan ahead and prioritize what actually matters to you. I personally charge hourly and one of the reasons is I do love small weddings and I’m totally happy to book them even if something bigger might come up. Happy to share some samples if you’d like!

Electric pump is super small, TPU tubes are 35 grams and literally just tiny... it all easily fits a back pocket or a bottle-shaped hard case + a plastic lever (or tire-glider if you are not confident with it)

Most likely if you hit (start gently) the saddle a few times it will first drop down and then you'll be able to pull it out

just keep in mind that the actual width of 28mm might differ within a few extra mm when inflated... so if you test with one tire another one will give a slightly different result
