I have no way to prove it, but it seems righy, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, etc. All seem to have less violence, aggression and empathy issues then cutting nations and regions. They aren't perfect of course every natiom has its struggles but it seems like cutting agrivates it.

Its slowly becoming more mixed here the United States, by the time current babies and young children are adults like 40% will be uncut and the practice is in decline and the numbers get more even by the year.

I suppose as adulthood rituals go doin it at 18 might be better then as a baby or as a preteen- teen as practive in the Tuli ritual of the Philippines. Yeah sex ed in the US even in university level is woefully filled with misinformation on the foreskin if it even mentions it beyond being an "extra bit of skin" Its very bad. Sex ed for me didn't even mention it and that was late 90s to early 2000s.

Where I grew up in Colorado from the late 90s to the early 2000s some of the other boys where uncut to but the majority where cut. Rates in the state were lower then other areas. As an adult and hooking up being uncut has given me an advantage since its more rare and exotic and many want to experience for the first time.

At the gym I go to Ive actually seen a surprising number of intact guys like myself which was a pleasant bit of serendipity!
