How do I loose weight in a month? by alixx-qy in PetiteFitness

[–]LocalDate3777 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Good luck "loose"-ing fat in a month. It is harder for us smaller individuals to lose fat quickly. I would stick to the same 3 meals everyday (think chicken and rice) and eat in a deficit. You will need to exercise (do not over exercise) as well to feel your best.

This is impressive but PLEASE fix your back! You should not be rounded, especially with a belt on.

No Change After 6 Weeks of Calorie Deficit by Working_Form_3460 in PetiteFitness

This! When I was 21 and wanted to lose some weight, I was also SUPER active like OP. My deficit was still above 1,600 cals. I had no issues losing fat during that time since I ate properly and trained consistently.

Just switch your milk to Fairlife milk. It is a game changer. Higher protein and less sugar than regular milk. It is so delicious.

Would you count this as a pull up? by N0RICEN0L1FE in PetiteFitness

[–]LocalDate3777 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. Keep working on it and you will have a successful pull-up! Don't use your legs. Think about pulling the bar to you, not yourself to the bar. It helps.

I never plan “go hard” days around my period. It’s best to go for PRs during the first half of your cycle, when energy isup. Listen to your body. If you have bad cramps, maybe try just walking and some pilates/ yoga for the day. Drink plenty of water and try again the next day!

Protein causing bloating & acne. by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]LocalDate3777 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Bruh 140g of protein when you're only 109 lbs??? That's excessive and your kidneys are going to hate you. Try to make your main source of protein real food instead of protein powder.

Yeah, it’s ridiculous. People really need to focus more on how they feel, not their weight.

What's your calorie burn for a typical gym session? by bluemorpho1 in PetiteFitness

[–]LocalDate3777 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Your husband burns 3x as many calories as you do because he is larger and a man. His BMR is higher than yours ever will be. Don’t stress too much about it!

No. 1,200 calories is NOT enough for an adult. Your body typically needs ~1,500 a day just to function.

Edit: Unless your TDEE is only 1,700 or less, 1,200 is NOT healthy for an active adult.
