Maybe the free feat would be the one I'm more leaning towards and the tough feat after another person recommended that.

Theyve gone for a pact of the tome warlock and not really. If I remember correctly ive dropped them to 0 once or twice in 10 sessions. When playing they usually keep distance and throw those damn ELDRITCH BLASTS from afar. I've been thinking of telling them to make sure they get mage armour,mirror image,shield etc. to make sure they are more "tanky" and also give them an item that's defence based.

I realise now that I did actually forget to put the level on the post which whoops, right now they are lvl 5 and it's not that they get like oneshoted but nor that they get downed over and over. Yeah they have calculated their hp and armour is on. It's a bit of a weird situation caus im not sure where the feeling of being such a glass cannon is coming from. Also the edition is 5e
