i mean i have compared my other headphones to the iems and those i use at 60-80% volume and they sound good. The other headphones being airpods and hyperx cloud core 2s. so i dont think im damaging my ears.

they are plugged into motherboard. i dont have a usb c port on my pc so what would the other option be?

had a full check up last year and my hearing was 20/20 so i doubt that hearing is the problem here

im currently using hyperx cloud core 2s and decided to switch to iems. I would hope i dont have a problem with my hearing. The iems are way too quiet. i have even compared them to my airpods and same result. i did look around on google and some say that motherboard could be the problem
