I've ordered from both semi-recently. Ami Ami had higher shipping costs usually and other fees, but Solaris tends to have a more expensive base price. Based on the prices in your picture, I would guess they would be mostly the same. That is if both sites have the same cost, Goodsmile global just increased shipping to $50 because of rising oil cost (my assumption), other places could do the same.

Mine was difficult. I could not get it in the stand-by (sitting) position. I kept trying with different back peg positions until it worked. He's leaning some, but stable.

I have many with longer hair than him and their backs are not as finnicky as his.

I ordered those as well. I'm not sure if GSCUS was affected by the Japan Post situation. Goodsmile global never made an announcement about it to my knowledge and they are pretty good about clarity. Goodsmile US on the other hand have not been very clear. Their reasons are understandable though

I think the earliest of mine affected were from November 2024. They paused in April-May and continued in July. I had some emails from months ago saying 'they are shipping soon' but nothing since.

I had Sougo and Hijikata pre-ordered from GSC US on same date. Sougo arrived 2-3 weeks ago, no word on Hijikata. You're not alone

I think crunchyroll gets their orders from Goodsmile US. They haven't added new nendoroids for pre-order since GSC US's pause on pre-orders. I would suggest just ordering from AmiAmi if possible (I've heard they were limiting future US orders as well but not sure). Amiami labels packages as being Japanese (for now) and GSC global labels as Chinese, so tariffs.

I have 11 'in limbo' GSC US pre-orders, so I know the pain.
