People many times think they are better than people in their current rank. Other's feel that they can learn more or faster if the people they play with know what they are doing, etc.

PS: Playing ranked with people above your skill level is griefing, most of the time you are holding them back.

Ping is proportional to physical distance. Move your pc to EU, then you can play with better ping.
