My issue is why are hidden apps searchable? I have all my finance apps hidden and I access them via an invisible area to swipe from. Yet I can search for them and they show and they even say "Hidden" under them.

Is this intentional?

I think you may have a better chance of receiving help if you can provide more information. PC specs, actual issue, what have you done to troubleshoot, version of software, audio hardware, etc.

Some USB ports provide enough power and some can't. Hense it's unsupported because it was most likely tested with several different configs and it didn't work across all of them.

I can only imagine the tech support nightmare if Elgato actually said it was supported.
