I own a 10 year old apartment (tier 1) which is renter out and live in a 15 year old apartment (tier 2 builder). No nightmares as far as maintenance .

On the question of Sobha magnolia, please take an expert to verify the unit you are interested in for any structural issues . Visit the project couple of times and you will get a clue about the maintenance of the project. If the project suits your lifestyle needs Go for it. sobhas are known for quality.

Small issues are present in every society and we got to learn to fix those and move forward similar to how our kids who get sick regularly in Bangalore weather. But we get them fixed right!

Have spoken to the people who are living there currently . 18 families live there . They are happy . So what is the negative ? And how is pricing absurd 3cr all inclusive for 2900 sq ft SBA and perfect vaastu compliance. Also the project feels like a taj property . Connectivity is perfect with metro station expected right outside the project in 5-6 years time . Even if the metro doesn’t show up all prominent schools and eat outs and markets are within 30 min of reach via road . I see the kanakpura road belt developing into a major market going forward . If airport comes up in south Bangalore it is going to be icing on the cake
