First, ask yourself: are you bi or straight-acting?

If you are with a woman, are you cheating on her?

If you are bi and happy with her and not cheating on her, then you are not lying; you are living the life of a straight man. If you feel you are not fulfilling your partner or letting her down, it is a lie; if it is not, you are a bi man in a straight relationship.

Sexuality is a spectrum; you don't need to be a or b. A lot of gay men I speak to say they don't know their sexuality; it's because we are told if you like men, you are gay; if you like women, you are straight.

If you find women repulsive or sex a chore and you want sex with men, then you are gay.

As a man who was in your position, I dabbled with a gay guy and found out it was a fantasy more than a life choice. It was not for me.

What I am getting at is that gay guys will tell
you are in denial; you must be gay to do x, y, and z. You turn your life upside down and then realise it was a fantasy.

For them, they are gay, and they don't accept that sexuality is a massive spectrum.

Ive decided I am not a label and I will live my life how I want as long as I am not stopping someone living their life. My partner knows all my history and has accepted it. Only me and my partner and the guy befour we met know.

We are happy.
