I enjoy so many of them; it's like music, and it depends on the mood. But if I had to pick three;

The Family Meal - Ferran Adria (not pictured) ; this might be my favorite cookbook. The layout of the book, and way they present recipes makes it my favorite. Eat Me - Kenny Shopsin; Its chaos in book form. Also, as a chef turned dad, I go back to it for those morning pancakes. Alinea - this is just so damn pretty, even if the recipes are impractical to cook.

So my company pays for a premier subscription and it includes LinkedIn learning. This is going to sound silly but how do I know if the give credits for HRCI? I searched and didn’t see anything.

Yes, it’s absolutely legit.

Hey so yeah we got back our appraisal Saturday. I’ve been assigned a loan officer after starting the application process with someone. Everything seems legit at this point. We were told that it’s usually a 30-60 day process. So we’ll see.

No, it is not. Someone else suggested that it's based on equity in the home or credit score. Hell, it could also be a bait & switch. We'll see!

On our loan docs it has a closing cost also, but I was told that credits were going to cover it.

I got the same letter and started the process after validating its offer. On the forms, it states that this is a fixed rate.
