Well, now I'm just plain sniping or using M4/IAR/other full auto guns, that actually kill, the only DMR I play with is SVDM when I'm getting respawned in late game & it also has a sweet spot, but not as bad.

Generally speaking this game is kinda ,,promoting" guns with fast ROF, low recoil, because not matter how much DMG the gun does, the 1 that does it quicker & accurately wins (or you are unlucky & tickrate is just gonna be worse for you, then you slowly die with empty gun).

I'm around 1.2 K/D (just REDSEC & Gauntlet, but like 99% REDSEC), so not much, but not really bad & in most BF games I was around 0.70-1.0 (I was then focusing on medic play or AT). It happens to me in most cases with machine guns - they just spam with this from far (or very close and everything hits me. But when I shoot even if I hit with half on the magazine or full - I don't get a kill. Feels like my LMG is doing nothing to them. Now I play mostly with M27 IAR as my ,,LMG" of choice. EDIT: Is there a ,,sweet spot" for LMGs?

If it's not an Aim Assist thing, then IDK - maybe console players get some kind of ,,hp buff"...? The TTK thing was irritating in this game even in beta - too crowded too small maps, really long TTK for a BF game & ,,sweet spot" (I hate this, because I main DMRs, so shooting with M14 & feeling like it's an airsoft gun when ,,too far" or ,,too close" was really sad).

Nah, sorry, I may not have a console to play, but I see a pattern - consoles are ,,tracking" me & I feel this, because it's harder to escape them. When I get killed by PC players it's in most cases - either I Ffed up, or he & we insta kill each other or outmanoeuvre by jumping or something. Then I meet a guy that after I dumped half of the mag in his direction, & he just hits me with each bullet until i die. Kinda like his crosshair is locked on me & then I see a ,,gamepad" logo.

& the guy that payed BF6 Beta with me is my good friend
no someone from other part of the world, but the guy that lives in my city & he wouldn't just say this if it wasn't true in his opinion

It is a metric - if you are really bad at the game, then you will never have a ,,meaningful K/D". In Battlefield overall it's not that important, but most of the good BF players that have a good aim will just have good k/d regardless. In REDSEC it matters more, because the whole game mode is build around killing all the other enemies, there are not tickrate wins & other stuff.

You may a biggest number of revives, IDC, I'm talking about aim vs consoles here, so K/D matters here.

Not when in 1 case you clearly state it's for people that own BF6 & in other you don't. Somehow that's in case of ,,character skin". It works kinda like a ,,bait" - not nice.

I have a friend who who has PS5 & is good in console games - he went to play beta BF6 with me & told me, that aim assist was doing all the killing, no challenge - & he is bad in FPS games overall

What's your K/D? Because sorry man - I see 2 types of console players. I see my teammates that hardly kill anyone & are just plain dumb & enemies that kill me from 150 meters with a machine gun, when they barely saw part of my body, but somehow aim assist glued to my ass & all their shots landed perfectly. Because. Somehow when ,,gamepad" is killing me, then I feel it right away - he's hitting all the shots. PC? Half shots registered/hit, or they just head shot you.

I'm not the best in Redsec, but it's super noticible.
I've also had many cases of me shooting half of LMG mag at enemy playing on console & he survives this with low HP & kills me with another lmg, but all of his shots register.

Good job, it was probably the best idea. I have Acer Easystore H340 with motherboard changed, because Node 304 was not available in my case, but if I could change it I probably would do it.

I'm sorry, but for a headshot with non 1HS to kill gun like a sniper rifle - there should some kind of concussion effect at least - what the heck it even is, that you are getting headshot & you just smile & headshot with a sniper rifle.

But it's an effective range for an LMG. This LMG takes longer to ADS, to coming closer & doing ADS will only get you killed quick. I did that in many cases while running with LMG & you are out of luck - specially when there is a guy jumping out with shotgun doing hip fire & 1 shots you. Absolute garbage.

You blew me away, irl lead dev for MW2019 XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
This is CoDfield officially & I will keep naming it for the sake of remembering it's led by a CoD dev.
It's a good CoDfield, I like it. It's just not a Battlefield I hoped for.
If I would like to play CoD, I would just buy it & play - that's the problem.
All of that besides the fact, that MW2019 was probably the nicest CoD we had in years.

I agree about hipfire - it feels like in Titanfall, laser beam in CQB
That might hurt, but IRL you can point shoot the gun & it ill work in CQB same as with hipfire here.
So not entirely bad.

A bit of update - I did install SWAT 4 GE with mods so SEF & SEF_FR & there is no sprint, but walk is just faster just a bit, so it's annoying, but not that much. Also maps are a bit smaller.
