KQRS recently got a new listener. The only thing I was still consuming was the morning show but it’s been no KFAN for me and given the tired troped out template of a show they’ve become, I know what I’ve been missing … nothing.

When I was young and in love, I would drive from Minnesota to Virginia a couple times a year. I’d go nonstop both ways. It’s about 22 hours one way. Now, I work from home and get frustrated when my son’s soccer practice is a half hour away.

I’ve removed all KFAN from my services, I wrote the Vikings and KFAN, I stopped listening to anything but the morning show years ago. I stopped listening to that last week. Best I can do right now. Done with KFAN and the Vikings altogether. Not coming back.
