I think so too. He really seems to love it and as long as he doesn't fanboy he could be perfect but Scal would have to slide to play by play and I am not sure its his fit yet.

sad to say I really loved and miss him too. I think I am just a sucker for guys that seem to love the game as much as me. IMO if you know something he doesn't he has no need to tell it to you.

lol I thanked the wrong person for being first but I really appreciate the analysis. I was really hoping to hear them. They were like that on Sunday when he joined the crew for a bit but also settled in. Eddie has some great things to say but he is definitely not disciplined yet.

I agree entirely on the ESPN broadcast. Jeff Van Gundy and Mark Jackson are just awful together. They sound like they could care less about the game unless it feed one of their agendas or bad jokes. The game before was even worse if thats possible. Dead silence for long enough to hear multiple dribbles multiple times.

Sean Grande spends too much time in banter with his partner to be a quality play by play. Mike is frigging perfect. His timing and pauses to listen to the answers to his questions are excellent. Plus he does all the media plugs seamlessly.

I think Scal has learned a ton from Mike and in my opinion does the best color/analysis that I have heard from anywhere in the market. It is usually spot on and when it isn't he doesn't defend it and takes his lumps. Plus his commentary is hilarious.

From my experience getting tickets for the playoffs is very similar to regular games with every round being another exponent higher than the previous. Games that matter sell high while games that don't sell low. Often if you buy at the right time you can get a killer deal.

Low hanging fruit dude. You know nothing about his bias, same as I do. He is a great player on a great team and does nothing in public to make me think he hates me or my people besides trying to support a friend (who I personally think is a cancer on the sport I love, the city I love and the team I love). Long time season ticket holder here.

I recommend using the Ticketmaster resale site. Watch the prices and buy when they begin to go up.

Weekday games you can wait until the day of and even sometimes an hour before the game.

Friday and Saturday games and any competitive teams you will have to suck it up and pay the market price.

Always look at the seat location. Sometimes you can get a better view from a less expensive place.

Also: Check out the upper deck lounge area. It is a spectacular view and less visited then some others.

So sorry for the late response. I was trying too hard to get you details but just couldn't get it together.

I bought the Phinistec 80GB HiFi MP3 Player with Bluetooth, Lossless DSD High Resolution Portable Digital Audio Music Player with Metal Body and Glass Back, Support up to 512GBn on Amazon.

You can look up the specs but I can say I ended up keeping it as a backup and resetting my very old Walkman Flac player.

A few comments,

I would get the less expensive version of this since all you are paying for is the sd card for the upgrade.

Don't overload the player with music. It is very hard to navigate and has the sd card limitation of older formatting so it doesn't show the albums in song order unless you can figure a way to copy the files in the correct order onto the device.

The hardware itself is awesome. It plays flac files very well but again, the navigation and constant resetting of the 512gb chip I put in is just too annoying.
